CC3-113
UNFILLED, LOW VISCOSITY, WATER CLEAR POTTING RESIN
CC3-113 exhibits a wide variety of excellent features found only in the highest quality epoxy resins. It is used in the textile industry for metallic wire bonding, and pin setting. It is used in the jewelry industry, when a clear, hard, tack-free surface is required and it is also used in the electronics industry to encase light emitting diodes. Both resin and hardener are low viscosity. CC3-113 can be cured at room temperature or with heat.
SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS
CC3-113 bonds well to a wide variety of materials, i.e., steel, copper, glass, aluminum, nylon, PVC, rubber and brass.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Be sure that all surfaces are free of grease. Use a good degreasing solution and be sure all oxides are removed. Abrading the surface will help provide a strong mechanical bond.
