CC3-1200
THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE RTV SILICONE RUBBER
CC3-1200 is a medium viscosity, filled RTV silicone rubber with excellent electrical properties. When cured it produces a tough, flexible product with low shrinkage and high temperature stability.
CC3-1200 wlll cure at room temperature or with heat and is available in either black or white.
It readily releases from most materials, however, it does bond to itself. To bond to other materials, e.g., metal, plastic, ceramic or glass, first clean the part with a good clean up solvent and coat with CC3-1291 Primer. Allow one hour drying time before applying CC3-1200.
To reduce viscosity, add 5% to 20% of CC3-1285 Diluent or 1% to 3% Filler T to form a paste.
Being filled with a thermally conductive filler helps reduce shrinkage, increases toughness, and aids in dissipating heat from around sensitive components.
