CC3-805
SELF LEVELING - END SEAL EPOXY
CC3-805 _was designed for end sealing connectors. It displays a high degree of thixotrophy to prevent wicking and at the same time is completely self leveling. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of materials, e.g., plastic, metal, glass, and ceramic. CC3-805 has a stable operating range of -loo to +350'F. Because it is a highly mineral filled epoxy, it exhibits low shrinkage and provides a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
CC3-805 is a tough, thixotropic resin capable of withstanding high thermal and mechanical shock. Suggested applications would be sealing transformers, coils, and amplifiers. Meets MIL-I-16923 types C and D.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix CC3-805 thoroughly in its shipping container to insure a uniform consistency. Weigh out the required amount of resin in a clean container. Add 10 parts of H-805 Hardener per 100 parts of CC3-805 resin. Mix thoroughly.
Use in a well ventilated area and avoid contact with eyes and skin.
CURE SCHEDULE
CC3-805 will cure at room temperature overnight or within 2 to 4 hours 65 ' C.
